Project aim:
ERA-SPOT aims at consolidating the research funding activities in Optical Technology (comprising optics, photonics and optoelectronics) throughout Europe and finally at achieving long-term collaboration.

This shall be realised by the pan-European co-ordination of national programmes by means of developing and implementing joint strategies, instruments, mechanisms and common actions.
