Project aim:
The overall aim of the SUGERT User Group is to define consolidated industrial specifications for research work required in the area of TCAD, to assess the state-of-the-art in the field, work out an overview of the relevant research groups and of public programs which may enable related research actions, and based on this to promote the optimum use of related expertise and resources available in Europe. Furthermore, the European input to the Modeling and Simulation part of the ITRS will be provided.
